1. Simulated Aviation Only

Meridian Virtual is strictly a community for flight simulator enthusiasts. We are not a real commercial airline. We do not operate real-world aircraft, we do not sell real-world commercial airline tickets, and we do not handle real-world flight operations. All routes, schedules, and pilot ranks represent virtual data for entertainment purposes only. There is no real money, betting, or financial compensation involved in our network operations.

2. Pilot Network Conduct

Members must maintain professional and respectful conduct while utilizing the Meridian Virtual network and communication channels. When flying online or engaging with other crew members, pilots must adhere to standard virtual aviation protocols.

• Pilots must accurately log their simulator hours without manipulation.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or interference with other virtual pilots is strictly prohibited.
• Members must follow the assigned routing and equipment rules for virtual career advancement.

3. Account Ranks and Careers

Pilot career progression and rank advancements within Meridian Virtual are based entirely on virtual flight hours logged through our tracking systems. We reserve the right to audit flight logs and suspend accounts that submit fraudulent data. Ranks hold no real-world value or certification.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep our flight tracking and route planning systems operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the network. Meridian Virtual may occasionally pause services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical updates to support new flight simulator platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Meridian Virtual platform is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party flight simulation software, tracking plugins, or community modifications. Under no circumstances shall Meridian Virtual be held liable for any data loss, software conflicts, or hardware issues experienced by members.
