When you join Meridian Virtual, we collect basic account details needed to create your online pilot profile. This includes your chosen pilot name, contact email, and flight simulator platform preferences. As you participate in the virtual airline network, we also automatically collect flight telemetry data, including simulated flight hours, assigned routes, and aircraft types used in your simulation sessions.
The data we gather is strictly used to enhance your virtual aviation experience. We process your simulated flight logs to update your pilot ranks, record route completion, and manage virtual career progression. We do not process any real-world commercial flight data, nor do we share your simulation statistics with external marketing services.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your virtual airline account credentials and flight records. Our network infrastructure is designed to keep your simulator progress safe and ensure reliable access to the pilot portal at all times.
